Ranger 800 UTV Mechanical Water Pump Seal and Seal Driver
We’ve tooled up to offer you a great cost effective replacement to the OEM water pump seal. This seal is made to the exact same specifications as stock so you can be sure it will perform the same and save you money at the same time! Kit also includes our custom seal driver. This particular seal is hard to install because you cannot use a socket. It sits in a pocket that a socket of this size will not fit into. A standard piece of pipe will also not work as there is nothing the correct size. The answer? We took some heavy gauge PVC tubing and machined the ID to fit perfectly over the lip of the seal. Use a big rubber mallet to pound it in perfectly.
This kit includes both the water pump seal and the matching seal driver.

Ranger 800 Water Pump Rebuild Kit
We put together a complete water pump rebuild kit for all Polaris 600/700/800 motors. The heart of this kit is our mechanical water pump seal. You can trust our seals to last! Changing the oil seal behind the mechanical seal is a must so we included our viton replacement unit. Installing the mechanical seal can be very tricky so we machined a perfectly sized seal driver to make installation a breeze. Also, our billet water pump impeller will last much longer than the cheap plastic stock impeller. Lastly a new cover o-ring will prevent any leaks. This kit will get you back up and running in no time at a fraction of the cost of dealer parts. Fits the following Polaris models:

Can-Am will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. RZR 800 Adjustable Roll Bar Rollbar Clamp for Accessories
This high impact plastic clamp is the ticket for installing any accessory to your RZR roll bar. Adjustable size fits 1.5″ to 1.75″ roll bars. Even the tension is adjustable with the twist handle! The handle then cams over to lock in place. The great part is this is quick release without tools! Just pull the handle and pop the clamp off the rollbar. Install your accessory to the clamp one of two ways. There is an M6 threaded insert that can be bolted to or there is pocket on the inside to mount an M6 (or 1/4″) bolt facing outward. Sold EACH.

RZR 800 Driveshaft Spring Pin (Roll Pin)
This spring pin is used in almost all Polaris Ranger and RZR UTV’s from 2003 to 2016 for attaching the driveshafts and prop shafts to the differentials. These can be very difficult to remove and normally get damaged when you pound them out. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove one. Exactly the same as Polaris 7661913. Sold Each.
