Did you break the plastic headlight support on your Can-Am Renegade? Quad Logic has your fix! After having this problem on our machines we developed this heavy duty steel replacement. These brackets are laser cut from heavy gauge steel, welded and then powder coated for a life long durable finish. Simply bolt these brackets in place of the factory plastic mounts. To make installation even easier Quad Logic even includes all the necessary hardware! We specifically designed these brackets to fit Gen 1 Renegade 500 and 800 models. Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:

RZR 800 Adjustable Roll Bar Rollbar Clamp for Accessories
This high impact plastic clamp is the ticket for installing any accessory to your RZR roll bar. Adjustable size fits 1.5″ to 1.75″ roll bars. Even the tension is adjustable with the twist handle! The handle then cams over to lock in place. The great part is this is quick release without tools! Just pull the handle and pop the clamp off the rollbar. Install your accessory to the clamp one of two ways. There is an M6 threaded insert that can be bolted to or there is pocket on the inside to mount an M6 (or 1/4″) bolt facing outward. Sold EACH.

RZR 800 Driveshaft Spring Pin (Roll Pin)
This spring pin is used in almost all Polaris Ranger and RZR UTV’s from 2003 to 2016 for attaching the driveshafts and prop shafts to the differentials. These can be very difficult to remove and normally get damaged when you pound them out. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove one. Exactly the same as Polaris 7661913. Sold Each.

For some strange reason Polaris decided to epoxy the fuel injectors to the harness on many Polaris 700/800 EFI models. This makes servicing or replacing the injectors a pain. If you purchased new aftermarket injectors you will need this pigtail!! This pigtail allows you to splice into the original harness to replace the injectors. Forget about the epoxy mess forever! Overall length is 10.5″ and will work for either cylinder. Sold EACH so purchase 2 if replacing both injectors. NOTE: THE FUEL INJECTORS ARE NOT INCLUDED! THIS IS THE HARNESS ONLY!
