Trail Blazer Ball Joint to Strut Retainer Screw
Are you replacing the ball joints on your Sportsman or any other Polaris with strut style front suspension? These direct replacement screws are a must have! Being on the bottom of the strut the original screws are going to be full of dirt and debris from the trail. These screws bolt the retainer clip holding the lower ball joint to the bottom of the front strut. Our screws are come with thread locker already applied to the threads just like OEM Polaris. These are replacements for Polaris part numbers 7512284.
2 Screws are required on each side. 4 Screws are required to replace on both sides of the machine. Select your QTY on the dropdown bar.

Trail Blazer Primary Clutch Spider Shim
Brand new Trail Blazer Clutch Shim. This yellow zinc plated large .020″ washer shim is used for shimming the primary or secondary clutch. This washer is used to adjust the belt sheave clearance on the primary or as a shim behind the helix on the secondary. May be used on primary and/or secondary depending upon the year and model.

Trail Blazer STEEL Shifter Bellcrank
These shift bellcranks are a weak point on the shifter mechanism on all Polaris models. They use a soft aluminum and the splines easily strip out under hard use. We eliminated the problem and made them out of a heavy duty plate steel. The bellcrank is then zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
