Trailblazer 2 stroke Flywheel
Complete new replacement flywheel for your Polaris 2 Stroke ATV. The stock flywheels are prone to failure, especially the magnets coming loose or breaking. Fix it for good with our aftermarket flywheel that is a big improvement over the stock unit. It starts with using a higher temp epoxy that eliminates magnet detachment. High strength steel capping prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator. Lastly, these stators are precision balanced to reduce vibration and add longevity to your engine. Installation is just like stock. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3084760, and 3084784.

These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. Our racks look like factory equipment but can actually handle heavy loads and cold temperatures without a problem.
These racks are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. It is a very grippy finish that helps keep your gear from sliding around like on the factory racks. There are as many or more tie down points for straps as well. Installation in a snap and the mounting hardware is included.
Plastic does not belong on an ATV! The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your ATV should have been. Quad Logic has done it again! After breaking set after set of stock plastic floorboards we decided it was time to make a set of steel floorboards that fit great and look fantastic. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. There is an outer rectangular tube to add tons of strength and help keep your feet in place. Our formed traction stars are far superior to stock, they add a ton of grip but are not sharp enough to tear up your boots. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your Sportsman should have been. Fits just like stock, you can re-use all the original hardware.
