Sportsman 500 Rear Grab Bar Tube Bumper
Our original intention in designing this bumper is to help move the ATV around. Sometimes you just need to swing the machine over a few feet and there is just nothing to grab onto. Our final iteration of the bumper is a bit wider so it is actually a functioning rear bumper as well to protect from backing into things and damaging the lights or plastic. Sturdy steel construction is ergonomically placed so you can move the machine without throwing out your back. Large 1.5′ diameter tubing is great to hold onto and also look great on the machine. Thick steel mounting brackets easily bolt to the open holes in the back of the frame. The spacing still allows full access to opening your storage trunk (on certain models) as well.
Another problem this bumper solves is the lack of tie down points. The plastic racks offer very little points for tie downs and they flex terribly. We added a large tie down slot in each mounting bracket to give you extra options when attaching your gear!
All mounting hardware and instructions are included. Black powdercoated finish will look great for years. We even capped of the ends with some nice plugs. This bumper has a clean appearance and serves a great purpose. Fits any Polaris ATV from about 2002 or so to current that have the six open holes in the back of the frame. Please check your machine before ordering but should fit most Sportsman, Magnum, Trail Boss, etc. Does NOT fit the 2009-17 XP chassis.

Quad Logic has done it again! After breaking set after set of stock plastic floorboards we decided it was time to make a set of steel floorboards that fit great and look fantastic. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. There is an outer rectangular tube to add tons of strength and help keep your feet in place. Our formed traction stars are far superior to stock, they add a ton of grip but are not sharp enough to tear up your boots. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your Sportsman should have been. Fits just like stock, you can re-use all the original hardware. These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. These racks look so good most people wont notice they are aftermarket. We kept the look and integrity of the machine while giving it a huge upgrade in strength. Those of you who load up your racks or ride their machine off road a lot know, the plastic racks do not hold up!
These racks are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. It is a very grippy finish that helps keep your gear from sliding around like on the factory racks.
