Ranger Clutch Sheave Bushing
This bushing is used in both primary and secondary clutch applications as the moveable sheave bushing for many Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s. This bushing is constantly moving and so it wears out quickly, replace it before it does more damage to your clutch. Made of steel with a super smooth Teflon inner coating. Did you break the plastic headlight support on your Can-Am Renegade? Quad Logic has your fix! After having this problem on our machines we developed this heavy duty steel replacement. These brackets are laser cut from heavy gauge steel, welded and then powder coated for a life long durable finish. Simply bolt these brackets in place of the factory plastic mounts. To make installation even easier Quad Logic even includes all the necessary hardware! We specifically designed these brackets to fit Gen 1 Renegade 500 and 800 models. Renegade Front High Beam Headlight Assembly with Bulb
Replace your complete Can Am high beam assembly this this direct replacement from Quad Logic! These are genuine Hella headlight assemblies including the bulb. This complete assembly simply bolts into your machine in place of your broken factory light. Bulbs are included with the light assembly. There is only one small difference in these lights from the OEM ones and that is the outer ring is flat instead of concaved. Renegade Fuel Pressure Regulator
Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Can-Am? In many cases the fuel pressure regulator is the culprit. Can-Am will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 50-52 PSI. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings. Sold each. Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:
