This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite.  It is designed to perform just as well as the stock Polaris gasket.  Exact replacement for your 2005-09 Sportsman 800 (Dual Muffler Models Only),  2003-07 Predator 500 and 2006-07 Outlaw 500.  This gasket is located between the two mufflers.  Sold each.  Replaces Polaris 5246375.
