The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice foot pegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powder coat for a long lasting finish. This special powder coat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off. Includes both Left and Right floorboards.

Brand new STANDARD size Namura Piston and gasket kit. If your cylinder is in good condition and just needs a quick hone then this standard size may be correct for you. Gasket set includes head gasket, base gasket, valve seals (4) and exhaust gasket to rebuild the top end of your Polaris Sportsman or RZR 570. Even includes the valve seals! Don’t ever re-use old gaskets when rebuilding your engine!
Namura pistons are direct OEM replacements with a few key advantages. First is the Teflon/Molybdenum coating on the skirts to increase heat transfer, reduce friction and reduces scuffing and seizures. Machined smooth heads and anodized domes increase durability and can even add horsepower and fuel economy. The stock Sportsman 450/ 570 voltage regulators are terrible. They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories. Do not replace it with another OEM unit! This new improved regulator uses Mosfet technology. What does that mean? It is different circuitry that allows it to run much cooler, has a cleaner regulated energy, extends battery life, and removes the stator load resulting in more power.
