Scrambler 850/1000 Quick Release Dzus Fastener Side Panel Hardware Kit
It’s very frustrating that Polaris has stooped to using those cheap plastic rivets to attach body panels on their ATV’s. Not only do they break or loosen up over time but you need a special pliers to remove them. The Scrambler 850/1000 side panels are held on with these plastic rivets, what are you to do if you have an engine issue out on the trail and you don’t have tools to remove them? Who wants to grab special pliers to remove the side panels every time you wash it?
We are problem solvers here at Quad Logic and like to make your life easier. We developed this super trick Dzus fastener kit to easily remove your side panels without tools! They are also much stronger and will not break like the plastic rivets. After some simple installation, all it takes is a quarter turn of the fasteners and the side panel can be removed or installed. Don’t worry about dropping or losing any hardware either, it all stays attached to the side panels!
This kit includes everything you need to install it on both side panels including instructions. Definitely recommended for all Scrambler 850/1000 owners!FITS THE FOLLOWING MODELS:

Scrambler XP BILLET Front Storage Rack Latch
We designed our own 6061 billet aluminum latch assembly for the newer Sportsman and Scrambler front racks. This latch is virtually unbreakable and looks amazing on the machine. Get rid of those flimsy stock plastic latches that break! Both the latch and the shaft are billet aluminum in this assembly. A black anodized finish with an engraved Quad Logic logo looks awesome. We use a strong shoulder bolt to hold the two together and we also include a new spacer and bushing for a complete installation! Installs and works just like the original. Replaces Polaris part numbers 5438117, 5438118, 5413887, 5521796.

Sportsman 450 570 STEEL Footwell Floorboards LEFT SIDE
You’ve asked for them and now they are ready! Following our popular older Style sportsman steel footwells, these are the new Sportsman 450/570 footwells! The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. This special powdercoat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off. Includes Left floorboards. Sportsman 570 2″ Receiver Tow Hitch
This is a very heavy duty 2″ receiver style tow hitch for the Sportsman 570. The backbone is made of formed heavy gauge steel which is mated to a thick one-piece receiver tube. We then integrate tow hooks for added strength and a place to put your tow hooks when moving a trailer. Any standard 2″ automotive tow bar will fit into the hitch using the normal 5/8″ pin.
Installation is simple and we include the mounting hardware and instructions. Black powder coated finish will look great for years. These hitches are made here in the USA!!
