Sportsman 400 (2008-2010) Seat Cover
Got a ripped or torn seat cover? Replace it with this custom fit cover made out of the highest quality all weather material. Our new seat covers are made out of a very high quality advanced material. It has a 4 way stretch pattern unlike most cheaper 2 way stretch materials. The benefit to the 4 way stretch is that it will be easier to install and be much less prone to wrinkles! You can stretch it any direction to staple it in place. Secondly, this is a low temp material. It will not crack or tear down to -20 degrees! The cheap materials just do not stand up to the cold. To install, simply remove the old seat cover and staple this cover in its place, instructions are included. This cover is proudly MADE IN THE USA.

Sportsman 500 2″ Receiver Tow Hitch
This is a very heavy duty 2″ receiver style tow hitch for the Sportsman 500. The backbone is made of formed heavy gauge steel which is mated to a thick one-piece receiver tube. We then integrate tow hooks for added strength and a place to put your tow hooks when moving a trailer. Any standard 2″ automotive tow bar will fit into the hitch using the normal 5/8″ pin.
Installation is simple and we include the mounting hardware and instructions. Black powder coated finish will look great for years. These hitches are made here in the USA!! Please support local manufacturing. This hitch will fit all standard chassis Sportsman 500’s from 2005-10. It does NOT fit the X2 models. We designed this kit to be an OEM look unlike the other crazy flames, skulls, etc wraps that are out there. This kit both updates the style and appearance of your machine at a fraction of the cost of OEM graphics. Includes graphics for both the left and right sides of the machine as well as the handlebar pod. Heavy gauge 10 mil vinyl is extremely durable for outdoor use and UV resistant as well. Color neutral black, white, and grey (with a touch of red) will look amazing on any color of machine. Sportsman 500 Rear Rack
Replace your broken rear rack with our new replacement rack. This injection molded plastic rack will mount and look just as good as the OE, but with a much better price! Installs exactly the same as the stock rack. Mounting hardware NOT included but we do also sell the mounting pins in our store. You will also need to use your existing steel frame. This rack will replace Polaris number 2633208-070.

Replacement quarter turn latch with detent for the Sportsman front storage rack. This perfect replacement includes the glass filled nylon thumb latch with LH steel hook. Also included a new steel mounting nut and rubber washer. This latch fits the LEFT side only (when sitting on the machine). Replaces Polaris part number 7081241, 7081421, and 7081145. Sportsman 800 6×6 Coated Tailgate Cable
Exact replacement stainless steel tailgate cable for many Polaris 6×6 ATV’s. This cable is a direct fit, it will install just like the original and is the same 12-3/8″ overall length with .285″ mounting holes. One key feature over the stock cable is there there is a heavy duty PVC coating over this cable. This extends the cable life, looks better for a much longer period, and will not allow the cable to fray like the stock uncoated cables! It is even MADE in the USA! Fits either left or right side.
