Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Scrambler 500 Choke Cable Fitting Removal Tool
If you have removed the carburetor on a Polaris ATV you will understand the importance of this NEW tool from Quad Logic! Mikuni 34mm Carburetors didn’t leave any room for a typical wrench to remove the choke cable fitting. This leaves very few options to successfully remove the choke cable with out damaging the brass fitting. We know the pain and fight these daily so we developed this very simple but very effective wrench to make your Polaris carburetor repair fast and simple! These custom made tools are precision cut for a perfect fit and zinc coated to prevent rust. This tool works to remove the choke cable fitting on most Polaris 34mm and 40mm carburetors from 1996 – 2013.

Scrambler 500 Engine Coolant Hose
We have developed our own line of replacement radiator hoses for Polaris ATV’s! These fabric reinforced hoses are custom formed and automotive quality. These are an exact replacement to the expensive OEM hoses. If you have any bulges or soft spots in your hoses, replace them now before they split. This short hose runs from the water pump to the cylinder on the engine. Fits the 1997-10 Scrambler 500’s.

Sportsman 34mm Carburetor Billet Side Cover with Gasket
Did you break the brittle plastic throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt this Billet side cover on in place of the broken factory throttle cover. This beautiful billet side cover is machined of 6061 billet aluminum, black anodized, then re-machined for a two tone effect. The center features our Quad Logic gear icon. This listing is for the cover and gasket only. Screws are NOT included. Fits all Polaris ATV and UTV that come factory with the Mikuni 34mm Carburetor. We tested this cover on both the OEM Mikuni carburetor as well as the aftermarket reproduction carburetors. Direct replacement for Polaris part number 3130511.

Get that sloppy a-arm nice and tight again with this simple rebuild kit. Includes a new pivot shaft, two bushings, two bolts and lock washers. The shaft is 5/8″ x 11-1/8″ long and is threaded on both ends.

Sportsman 500 Camshaft and Rocker Kit
This aftermarket camshaft and rocker kit is a direct replacement to the OEM right down to the adjusters. Sportsman 500’s are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500’s, but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Also when rebuilding your engine, make sure to replace the rockers. Even if your rocker is only slightly worn, the chrome plating is probably grooved or coming off. If you have the motor apart, this is the time to replace that exhaust rocker. Failure to use new rockers could lead to premature cam failure in the future. These rockers are the perfect replacement and also include the adjusters. This kit is the perfect alternative to the expensive OEM cam and rockers! Kit includes (1) camshaft, (1) exhaust rocker arm and (2) intake rocker arms. Replaces Polaris Number(s): 3085855, 3084898, 3086212, 3084913 and 3084910.
