Sportsman 500 Primary Drive Clutch
Brand new aftermarket drive clutch for most 1985 to 2007 Polaris ATV and UTV’s (WITHOUT EBS). This is the standard P85 style clutch they used on just about every Polaris ATV until they came out with the EBS clutches around 1998. Then they used both styles of clutches depending upon the model. These complete clutches have a host of features that make it a much better alternative to the expensive OEM clutches.

Complete assembled clutch (Spring and weights are included but due to the wide variety of machines this clutch fits we recommend using your original spring and weights.)
Every clutch is factory balanced to ensure they turn straight and true
Aluminum and magnesium construction is strong and light weight
Heat treated center shaft for unequaled strength
Larger diameter spider buttons have more contact area and will wear out less quickly
Uses the same clutch puller as the OEM clutch
Uses the original clutch bolt and washers for installation
Accepts any brand of drive belt
Fits NON-EBS models only – Not sure if you have EBS clutches? There are two ways to find out. First there is usually a sticker on the atv or the clutch cover that says EBS. If that is missing look for the ribbed one way clutch in the center of the clutch, only the EBS models are ribbed. Sportsman 500 Camshaft and Rocker Kit
This aftermarket camshaft and rocker kit is a direct replacement to the OEM right down to the adjusters. Sportsman 500’s are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500’s, but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Also when rebuilding your engine, make sure to replace the rockers. Even if your rocker is only slightly worn, the chrome plating is probably grooved or coming off. If you have the motor apart, this is the time to replace that exhaust rocker. Failure to use new rockers could lead to premature cam failure in the future. These rockers are the perfect replacement and also include the adjusters. This kit is the perfect alternative to the expensive OEM cam and rockers! Kit includes (1) camshaft, (1) exhaust rocker arm and (2) intake rocker arms. Replaces Polaris Number(s): 3085855, 3084898, 3086212, 3084913 and 3084910.

Rebuild your top end with this complete kit. The kit is centered around a new Namura piston kit. These pistons are top quality and include all the features of the more expensive pistons like teflon coated skirts, anodized domes, and machine finished heads. This kit includes a STANDARD 87.89 MM piston kit with rings, pin and circlip. The top end gasket kit includes head, base, side cover and exhaust gasket to rebuild the top end of your Polaris 400. Even includes the valve seals! Don’t ever re-use old gaskets when rebuilding your engine! High quality non-asbestos materials are used in kit. Includes all of the following parts shown in the photo including:

Trailblazer Gates G-Force Workhorse Drive Belt
Quad Logic is now a Gates distributor for all your Polaris ATV and UTV belt needs! These belts are tried and true, torture tested for years. We trust them on all our machines and so should you. They are a much better value than the OEM Polaris belts but probably exceed the performance at the same time. This G-Series Workhorse belt is a perfect replacement and /or performance belt for your machine. The top cogs offer better cooling and the aramid cords make it extremely strong. The Gates G-Force Workhorse 20G4022 has increased strength and reliability. Replaces Polaris part number 3211077.
