Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:

This leaves very few options to successfully remove the choke cable with out damaging the brass fitting. We know the pain and fight these daily so we developed this very simple but very effective wrench to make your Polaris carburetor repair fast and simple! These custom made tools are precision cut for a perfect fit and zinc coated to prevent rust. This tool works to remove the choke cable fitting on most Polaris 34mm and 40mm carburetors from 1996 – 2013.
