Sportsman 500 Steel Footwells
Quad Logic has done it again! After breaking set after set of stock plastic floorboards we decided it was time to make a set of steel floorboards that fit great and look fantastic. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. There is an outer rectangular tube to add tons of strength and help keep your feet in place. Our formed traction stars are far superior to stock, they add a ton of grip but are not sharp enough to tear up your boots. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your Sportsman should have been. Fits just like stock, you can re-use all the original hardware. Includes both Left and Right floorboards. Fits all 1996-2004 Sportsman 500 standard chassis models (Not Touring, X2 or ATP models).

Sportsman 500 Primary Drive Clutch
Brand new aftermarket drive clutch for most 1985 to 2007 Polaris ATV and UTV’s (WITHOUT EBS). This is the standard P85 style clutch they used on just about every Polaris ATV until they came out with the EBS clutches around 1998. Then they used both styles of clutches depending upon the model. These complete clutches have a host of features that make it a much better alternative to the expensive OEM clutches.

Complete assembled clutch (Spring and weights are included but due to the wide variety of machines this clutch fits we recommend using your original spring and weights.)

Larger diameter spider buttons have more contact area and will wear out less quickly
Uses the same clutch puller as the OEM clutch

Fits NON-EBS models only – Not sure if you have EBS clutches? There are two ways to find out. First there is usually a sticker on the atv or the clutch cover that says EBS. If that is missing look for the ribbed one way clutch in the center of the clutch, only the EBS models are ribbed. Sportsman 500 STEEL Rear Rack
Replace that broken rear rack with these STEEL rear racks from Quad Logic. Forget about broken racks for good! These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. Our racks look like factory equipment but can actually handle heavy loads and cold temperatures without a problem.
These racks are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. It is a very grippy finish that helps keep your gear from sliding around like on the factory racks. There are as many or more tie down points for straps as well. Installation in a snap and the mounting hardware is included.
Plastic does not belong on an ATV! The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your ATV should have been. Calling all 1996-03 Sportsman owners! Following our extremely popular steel floorboards are these brand new steel front racks! Forget about broken racks for good! These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. These racks look so good most people wont notice they are aftermarket. We kept the look and integrity of the machine while giving it a huge upgrade in strength. Those of you who load up your racks or ride their machine off road a lot know, the plastic racks do not hold up!

Sportsman 500 Camshaft and Rocker Kit
This aftermarket camshaft and rocker kit is a direct replacement to the OEM right down to the adjusters. Sportsman 500’s are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500’s, but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Also when rebuilding your engine, make sure to replace the rockers. Even if your rocker is only slightly worn, the chrome plating is probably grooved or coming off. If you have the motor apart, this is the time to replace that exhaust rocker. Failure to use new rockers could lead to premature cam failure in the future. These rockers are the perfect replacement and also include the adjusters. This kit is the perfect alternative to the expensive OEM cam and rockers! Kit includes (1) camshaft, (1) exhaust rocker arm and (2) intake rocker arms. Replaces Polaris Number(s): 3085855, 3084898, 3086212, 3084913 and 3084910.

Trailblazer 2 stroke Flywheel
Complete new replacement flywheel for your Polaris 2 Stroke ATV. The stock flywheels are prone to failure, especially the magnets coming loose or breaking. Fix it for good with our aftermarket flywheel that is a big improvement over the stock unit. It starts with using a higher temp epoxy that eliminates magnet detachment. High strength steel capping prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator. Lastly, these stators are precision balanced to reduce vibration and add longevity to your engine. Installation is just like stock. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3084760, and 3084784.
