Sportsman 500 Radiator Fan Thermal Sensor Switch
Buy with confidence as this sensor plugs right in and has the exact same temp settings as stock. This sensor controls the fan operation so if your fan wont turn on or off, this could be the problem. Replaces Polaris part number 4010808. This unit is located on the radiator and controls the hot temp light and cooling fan operation. This is a TWO wire unit. Fit the following Polaris models:

Sportsman 700 Lower Radiator Hose

These fabric reinforced hoses are custom formed and automotive quality. These are an exact replacement to the expensive OEM hoses.
If you have any bulges or soft spots in your hoses, replace them now before they split. This hose goes from the lower left side of the radiator to the plastic “T” fitting and is approximately 10″ long with a 1″ ID.
This is a direct replacement of Polaris part numbers 5413673 and 5412392.
