Trailblazer Secondary Clutch Puller
The secondary clutch is supposed to slide right off the shaft. However, if neglected, the clutch will be rusted onto the shaft and you simply cannot get it off without this puller. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 5.5″ overall length. Same as Polaris part number 2870913.

Brand new primary clutch puller for almost all 1985 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s using the P85 primary clutch. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 10.25″ overall length and 3/4″-16 threads. Be sure to use a dab of grease on the end of the puller and threads to properly pull the clutch. This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. Exact replacement for the 1995-02 Scrambler 400, 1996-99 Sport 400, and the 2003 Trail Blazer 400. The Scrambler/Sport 400 uses TWO of these gaskets total: one one each side of the short headpipe. Be sure to order 2 if replacing both. Sold each. Replaces Polaris 5211592.

Trailblazer 2 stroke Flywheel
Complete new replacement flywheel for your Polaris 2 Stroke ATV. The stock flywheels are prone to failure, especially the magnets coming loose or breaking. Fix it for good with our aftermarket flywheel that is a big improvement over the stock unit. It starts with using a higher temp epoxy that eliminates magnet detachment. High strength steel capping prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator. Lastly, these stators are precision balanced to reduce vibration and add longevity to your engine. Installation is just like stock. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3084760, and 3084784.

These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. Our racks look like factory equipment but can actually handle heavy loads and cold temperatures without a problem.
These racks are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. It is a very grippy finish that helps keep your gear from sliding around like on the factory racks. There are as many or more tie down points for straps as well. Installation in a snap and the mounting hardware is included.
