Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:

Sportsman 500 Front Ball Joint Puller Removal Tool
Pulling the ball joints from the aluminum strut housing on most Polaris ATV’s can be a real challenge. We developed this unique tool to make the job much easier. This two piece steel puller simply goes over the balljoint, install the nut, and turn out the inner puller to remove the ball joint. A 6 point 1″ socket is required. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance. The heavy duty design is suited for either home or professional shop use.
Unlike other tools on the market that use all of the old ball joints threads, this tool only uses the top few threads of the ball joint. If your threads are damaged, those other pullers will not work! Even in your threads are damaged you can normally still make our puller work due to the dual puller design. Does the balljoint spin freely or slop up and down in its housing? No problem, this puller will easily remove it! Complete instructions are included.
This puller can be used on almost any Polaris ATV or UTV with the strut style front suspension from about 1985 to current.

Sportsman 570 Hall Effect Speed Sensor
This exact replacement speed sensor is made by the original manufacturer for Polaris. Trust this speed sensor to work perfectly and last for years in demanding conditions. Located on the rear gearcase, it installs just like the original, no modifications required. O-ring not included. Replaces Polaris part number 4012167, 3234299, 3234508 and 4013908.

Sportsman 570 Rear Bearing Carrier Bushing
We expertly machined these bearing carrier bushings to be a perfect fit. They are made of a heavy grade steel, machined inside and out, then zinc plated for corrosion resistance. These bushing look way better than the OEM ones, you can see the quality difference! The size is 1.20″ diameter, 1.90″ long and has a hole for the stock 7/16″ bolt. These are also made right here in the USA. These are located on either side of the rear bearing carrier where the lower a-arm attaches. There are two per side and four total on the machine. These are sold EACH so please order how ever many you need. This replaces Polaris part number 5631142 and 5632291.

Sportsman 570 STEEL Footwell Floorboards
You’ve asked for them and now they are ready! Following our popular older Style sportsman steel footwells, these are the new Sportsman 450/570 footwells! The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice foot pegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powder coat for a long lasting finish. This special powder coat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off. Includes both Left and Right floorboards.
