Can-Am will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 50-52 PSI. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings. Sold each. Sportsman 500 Fuel Pump Filter Strainer
Brand new fuel pump strainer for many 2004 and newer Sportsman’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer press fits over a 7/8″ outlet on the fuel pump. Strainer size is approximately 5.25″ x 2.25″. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Sold each.

Fuel gauge quit working? This sending unit, located on the fuel pump assembly inside the tank, is probably the issue. Simply replace your bad sending unit with this new replacement unit by Quad Logic and you are back in business. The simple two wire connection is easy to swap with the included butt connectors. Includes a new metal float arm and float as well.
