  • Sportsman 500 Primary Drive Clutch

    Brand new aftermarket drive clutch for most 1985 to 2007 Polaris ATV and UTV’s (WITHOUT EBS). This is the standard P85 style clutch they used on just about every Polaris ATV until they came out with the EBS clutches around 1998. Then they used both styles of clutches depending upon the model. These complete clutches have a host of features that make it a much better alternative to the expensive OEM clutches.

  • Sportsman 500 Camshaft and Rocker Kit

    This aftermarket camshaft and rocker kit is a direct replacement to the OEM right down to the adjusters. Sportsman 500’s are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500’s, but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Also when rebuilding your engine, make sure to replace the rockers. Even if your rocker is only slightly worn, the chrome plating is probably grooved or coming off. If you have the motor apart, this is the time to replace that exhaust rocker.  Failure to use new rockers could lead to premature cam failure in the future. These rockers are the perfect replacement and also include the adjusters. This kit is the perfect alternative to the expensive OEM cam and rockers!   • Scrambler 500 Sure Power ECM Repair Bypass Kit

    Many years of Polaris ATVs used the SurePower ECM module that controlled many things on the vehicle, including circuit breakers, cooling fan operation, and most importantly voltage regulation for the battery charging system. Most of these functions are reliable, except for the most important, the voltage regulator rectifier! The voltage regulator often fails, and leaves you faced with replacing the entire module just for this one function, which is likely to fail again. Quad Logic now offers a SurePower module Regulator Bypass kit to eliminate this problem on these popular ATVs. This kit includes a heavy duty CNC aluminum MOSFET voltage regulator rectifier, a plug & play wiring harness, and mounting hardware. Simply mount the new voltage regulator on your frame, plug in and route the harness directly to the stator connector and battery terminals, and you’re ready to ride. You’ll never have to worry about a failing voltage regulator or SurePower replacement again. We have even included the opposite connector (main harness side) as we know these are often melted / corroded / defective and a major cause of repetitive electrical issues. This replacement kit is only meant to bypass the internal voltage regulator on Polaris ATVs that use the older black box and newer silver box (with single large connector) SurePower ECM Module.
