Sportsman 570 Gear Selector Pig Tail Harness Kit
Does your Polaris have a bad gear selector sensor? Try replacing the end of your wiring harness with this Pigtail kit from Quad Logic. With the gear selector sensor in the back of the machine it makes it very easy for the harness ends to become corroded or the wiring to become loose from the rough trails. Save the cost of the expensive sensor and try the quick replacement end first. To ensure a fast easy installation Quad Logic includes new wiring butt connectors as well as zip ties. To install this Pigtail kit simply cut off the original and splice in the new end using our provided wiring connectors. This replacement end is a direct fit for Polaris gear selector sensor part number 7661999.

Sportsman 570 Rear Bearing Carrier Bushing
We expertly machined these bearing carrier bushings to be a perfect fit. They are made of a heavy grade steel, machined inside and out, then zinc plated for corrosion resistance. These bushing look way better than the OEM ones, you can see the quality difference! The size is 1.20″ diameter, 1.90″ long and has a hole for the stock 7/16″ bolt. These are also made right here in the USA. These are located on either side of the rear bearing carrier where the lower a-arm attaches. There are two per side and four total on the machine. These are sold EACH so please order how ever many you need. This replaces Polaris part number 5631142 and 5632291.

You’ve asked for them and now they are ready! Following our popular older Style sportsman steel footwells, these are the new Sportsman 450/570 footwells! The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice foot pegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powder coat for a long lasting finish. This special powder coat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off.
