This bushing is used in both primary and secondary clutch applications as the moveable sheave bushing for many Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s. This bushing is constantly moving and so it wears out quickly, replace it before it does more damage to your clutch. Made of steel with a super smooth Teflon inner coating. This new Quad Logic premium cup holder kit has two key upgrades from our standard cup holder kit. First, we added a huge style factor with our CNC machined billet aluminum covers. These are black anodized then re-cut for a two tone black and silver finish that looks amazing! Ranger Fuel Pump Filter Strainer
Brand new fuel pump strainer for many Polaris Ranger EFI’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer installs over a small pickup on the fuel pump and is held in place by a press fit retainer. Strainer size is approximately 5″(including the mounting neck) x 2.5″ (at the widest part). Includes a new mounting retainer. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Should fit most Ranger 500, 700 and 800 EFI’s. Sold each.

Ranger Fuel Sending Rebuild Kit
Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Ranger? In many cases the fuel pressure regulator is the culprit. Polaris will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire tank and fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. This is a new replacement fuel pressure regulator for your Ranger 500, 700 or 800 EFI. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 38-40 PSI. Please compare the photo to your original regulator to make sure it is the same since Polaris has used a couple different regulators over the years. If it has a brass colored tip then this regulator is correct for your machine. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings.

Ranger Throttle Position Sensor Pigtail Harness Kit
The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Mikuni TPS sensor and has 6″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPS sensor looks the same before ordering. Fits the models listed below using the Mikuni throttle position sensors (3140173 and 3131705):
