The stock RZR 900 voltage regulators are terrible. They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories. Do not replace it with another OEM unit! This new improved regulator uses Mosfet technology. What does that mean? RZR Fuel Pump Pigtail Harness
Fuel pump not working? Check the wires and plug going to the pump. Many times you will find a broke or corroded wire that prevents power going to the pump. These wires can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris harness repair kit for most 2011 and newer Polaris EFI models. Replaces Polaris part number 2878510.
Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the fuel pump and has 9″ long wire leads. Changing your wheel bearings can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this Torpedo installation and removal tool set by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to both remove and install the FRONT or REAR wheel bearings from your RZR. It includes a holder for the hub and then a driver to press the old bearing out of the hub. Once removed, flip over the hub and driver and press in the new bearing. The dual sided driver/installer torpedo tool works for both! Fits the following models and more:
