Ranger 800 (2011-2012) Fuel Sending Unit
Fuel gauge quit working? This sending unit, located on the fuel pump assembly inside the tank, is probably the issue. Simply replace your bad sending unit with this new replacement unit by Quad Logic and you are back in business. The simple two wire connection is easy to swap with the included butt connectors. Includes a new metal float arm and float as well.

Ranger Fuel Pump Filter Strainer
Brand new fuel pump strainer for many Polaris Ranger EFI’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer installs over a small pickup on the fuel pump and is held in place by a press fit retainer. Strainer size is approximately 5″(including the mounting neck) x 2.5″ (at the widest part). Includes a new mounting retainer. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Should fit most Ranger 500, 700 and 800 EFI’s. Sold each.

Polaris will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire tank and fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. This is a new replacement fuel pressure regulator for your Ranger 500, 700 or 800 EFI. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 38-40 PSI. Please compare the photo to your original regulator to make sure it is the same since Polaris has used a couple different regulators over the years. If it has a brass colored tip then this regulator is correct for your machine. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings.

RZR 800 Fuel Injector Pigtail Harness Kit
For some strange reason Polaris decided to epoxy the fuel injectors to the harness on many Polaris 700/800 EFI models. This makes servicing or replacing the injectors a pain. If you purchased new aftermarket injectors you will need this pigtail!! This pigtail allows you to splice into the original harness to replace the injectors. Forget about the epoxy mess forever! Overall length is 10.5″ and will work for either cylinder. Sold EACH so purchase 2 if replacing both injectors. NOTE: THE FUEL INJECTORS ARE NOT INCLUDED! THIS IS THE HARNESS ONLY! RZR Fuel Pump Pigtail Harness
Fuel pump not working? Check the wires and plug going to the pump. Many times you will find a broke or corroded wire that prevents power going to the pump. These wires can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris harness repair kit for most 2011 and newer Polaris EFI models. Replaces Polaris part number 2878510.
Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the fuel pump and has 9″ long wire leads.
