Ranger Clutch Sheave Bushing
This bushing is used in both primary and secondary clutch applications as the moveable sheave bushing for many Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s. This bushing is constantly moving and so it wears out quickly, replace it before it does more damage to your clutch. Made of steel with a super smooth Teflon inner coating. Size is approximately 1.66″ OD x .5″ tall. Sold Each. Exact replacement for Polaris part number 3576504 and 3514314.

Ranger Fuel Pump Filter Strainer
Brand new fuel pump strainer for many Polaris Ranger EFI’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer installs over a small pickup on the fuel pump and is held in place by a press fit retainer. Strainer size is approximately 5″(including the mounting neck) x 2.5″ (at the widest part). Includes a new mounting retainer. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Should fit most Ranger 500, 700 and 800 EFI’s. Sold each.

Ranger Fuel Sending Rebuild Kit
Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Ranger? In many cases the fuel pressure regulator is the culprit. Polaris will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire tank and fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. This is a new replacement fuel pressure regulator for your Ranger 500, 700 or 800 EFI. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 38-40 PSI. Please compare the photo to your original regulator to make sure it is the same since Polaris has used a couple different regulators over the years. If it has a brass colored tip then this regulator is correct for your machine. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings.

Renegade Front High Beam Headlight Assembly with Bulb
Replace your complete Can Am high beam assembly this this direct replacement from Quad Logic! These are genuine Hella headlight assemblies including the bulb. This complete assembly simply bolts into your machine in place of your broken factory light. Bulbs are included with the light assembly. There is only one small difference in these lights from the OEM ones and that is the outer ring is flat instead of concaved. They will install great and still work just like the expensive Can-Am versions! These fit most Can-Am Outlander Renegade Commander and Maverick models. This is the HIGH BEAM assembly. This heavy gauge steel winch mount kit allows you to mount just about any brand of winch to your RZR 570 or 800 as long as it is the standard (3″ x 4.875″) 4 bolt pattern winch. Will not allow installation of 2 bolt models or the large wide drum 4 bolt models such as the Warn 4.0 (6″ bolt pattern). This kit tucks the winch up behind the plastic for a very nice, clean installation. All mounting hardware and instructions are included. Black powdercoated finish. RZR 6 Amp Diode
This diode allows electricity to flow in one direction but not the other. If you are getting burnt out electrical components or power surges this could be the culprit. This new diode is the exact same 6 amp as the original. The sealed unit simply plugs into place on the wire harness. The connectors are different sizes so you cannot install in wrong!
