Trailblazer Secondary Clutch Puller
The secondary clutch is supposed to slide right off the shaft. However, if neglected, the clutch will be rusted onto the shaft and you simply cannot get it off without this puller. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 5.5″ overall length. Same as Polaris part number 2870913.

Brand new primary clutch puller for almost all 1985 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s using the P85 primary clutch. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 10.25″ overall length and 3/4″-16 threads. Be sure to use a dab of grease on the end of the puller and threads to properly pull the clutch. Same as Polaris part number 2870506.

Trailblazer Exhaust Gasket Donut Seal
This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. Exact replacement for your Polaris. Most Trailboss and Trailblazers use TWO gaskets total: one between the short head pipe and main pipe and another between the main pipe and the muffler. Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each.
