RZR 800 Fuel Injector Pigtail Harness Kit
For some strange reason Polaris decided to epoxy the fuel injectors to the harness on many Polaris 700/800 EFI models. This makes servicing or replacing the injectors a pain. If you purchased new aftermarket injectors you will need this pigtail!! This pigtail allows you to splice into the original harness to replace the injectors. Forget about the epoxy mess forever! Overall length is 10.5″ and will work for either cylinder. Sold EACH so purchase 2 if replacing both injectors. NOTE: THE FUEL INJECTORS ARE NOT INCLUDED! THIS IS THE HARNESS ONLY! Fits injectors using Polaris part number 1202863 and 1253558.

Sportsman 500 Fuel Pump Filter Strainer
Brand new fuel pump strainer for many 2004 and newer Sportsman’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer press fits over a 7/8″ outlet on the fuel pump. Strainer size is approximately 5.25″ x 2.25″. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Sold each.
