New Aftermarket Polaris Ranger 700 (2005-2007) Primary Drive Clutch. These complete clutches have a host of features that make it a much better alternative to the expensive OEM clutches. Some of the features include:
- Complete assembled clutch (Spring and weights are included but due to the different years and models this clutch fits, we recommend using your stock spring and weights)
- Every clutch is factory balanced to ensure they turn straight and true
- Aluminum and magnesium construction is strong and light weight
- Heat treated center shaft for unequaled strength
- Larger diameter spider buttons have more contact area and will wear out less quickly
- Uses the same clutch puller as the OEM clutch
- Uses the original clutch bolt and washers for installation
- Accepts any brand of drive belt

Ranger 700 Front Differential Drain Plug
New Quad Logic improved magnetic front differential drain plug for your Polaris. Forget about stripped out hex head’s! We updated this plug using a standard socket that is much easier to remove and won’t strip out like the stock plug. This is a machined steel plug that is E coated to protect from corrosion and the magnet is 10x stronger then OEM. Comes with new O-ring! Replaces Polaris part numbers 3233951, 3233777, 3233253 . Fits the front differential as well as some rear differentials and main gear case on some models.

Ranger 800 Water Pump Rebuild Kit
We put together a complete water pump rebuild kit for all Polaris 600/700/800 motors. The heart of this kit is our mechanical water pump seal. You can trust our seals to last! Changing the oil seal behind the mechanical seal is a must so we included our viton replacement unit. Installing the mechanical seal can be very tricky so we machined a perfectly sized seal driver to make installation a breeze. Also, our billet water pump impeller will last much longer than the cheap plastic stock impeller. Lastly a new cover o-ring will prevent any leaks. This kit will get you back up and running in no time at a fraction of the cost of dealer parts. Fits the following Polaris models:

Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:

RZR 800 Driveshaft Spring Pin (Roll Pin)
This spring pin is used in almost all Polaris Ranger and RZR UTV’s from 2003 to 2016 for attaching the driveshafts and prop shafts to the differentials. These can be very difficult to remove and normally get damaged when you pound them out. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove one. Exactly the same as Polaris 7661913. Sold Each.

Replace that heavy and weak cast aluminum primary clutch cover with this billet aluminum version. CNC cut from 6061 aluminum, this cover is a work of art and works great too. Lighter and stronger then stock and you will notice and better top end engagement. Also has a small fins to allow for slightly better cooling.
