Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more:

Did you break the brittle plastic throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt this cover on in place of the broken factory throttle cover. This listing is for the cover only. NO O-ring or screws are included. Fits all Polaris ATV and UTV that come factory with the Mikuni 34mm Carburetor. If you have removed the carburetor on a Polaris ATV you will understand the importance of this NEW tool from Quad Logic! Mikuni 34mm Carburetors didn’t leave any room for a typical wrench to remove the choke cable fitting. This leaves very few options to successfully remove the choke cable with out damaging the brass fitting. These custom made tools are precision cut for a perfect fit and zinc coated to prevent rust.
