Roll Pin Punch Tool
Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. This leaves very few options to successfully remove the choke cable with out damaging the brass fitting. Sportsman 34mm Carburetor Billet Side Cover with Gasket
Did you break the brittle plastic throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt this Billet side cover on in place of the broken factory throttle cover. This beautiful billet side cover is machined of 6061 billet aluminum, black anodized, then re-machined for a two tone effect. The center features our Quad Logic gear icon. This listing is for the cover and gasket only. Screws are NOT included. Fits all Polaris ATV and UTV that come factory with the Mikuni 34mm Carburetor. Get that sloppy a-arm nice and tight again with this simple rebuild kit. Includes a new pivot shaft, two bushings, two bolts and lock washers. The shaft is 5/8″ x 11-1/8″ long and is threaded on both ends.

Sportsman 500 Camshaft and Rocker Kit
This aftermarket camshaft and rocker kit is a direct replacement to the OEM right down to the adjusters. Sportsman 500’s are notorious for prematurely wearing out the lobes, especially the center lobe. This cam has the same lift and duration to get you running again. The HO style grind will work on all Sportsman 500’s, but non-HO models would benefit more when using the larger carburetor. Also when rebuilding your engine, make sure to replace the rockers. Even if your rocker is only slightly worn, the chrome plating is probably grooved or coming off. If you have the motor apart, this is the time to replace that exhaust rocker. Failure to use new rockers could lead to premature cam failure in the future. These rockers are the perfect replacement and also include the adjusters. This kit is the perfect alternative to the expensive OEM cam and rockers! Kit includes (1) camshaft, (1) exhaust rocker arm and (2) intake rocker arms. Sportsman 500 Front Ball Joint Puller Removal Tool
Pulling the ball joints from the aluminum strut housing on most Polaris ATV’s can be a real challenge. We developed this unique tool to make the job much easier. This two piece steel puller simply goes over the balljoint, install the nut, and turn out the inner puller to remove the ball joint. A 6 point 1″ socket is required. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance. The heavy duty design is suited for either home or professional shop use.
Unlike other tools on the market that use all of the old ball joints threads, this tool only uses the top few threads of the ball joint. If your threads are damaged, those other pullers will not work! Even in your threads are damaged you can normally still make our puller work due to the dual puller design. Does the balljoint spin freely or slop up and down in its housing? No problem, this puller will easily remove it! Complete instructions are included.
This puller can be used on almost any Polaris ATV or UTV with the strut style front suspension from about 1985 to current.
