Sportsman XP STEEL Shifter Bellcrank
These shift bellcranks are a weak point on the shifter mechanism on all Polaris models. They use a soft aluminum and the splines easily strip out under hard use. We eliminated the problem and made them out of a heavy duty plate steel. The bellcrank is then zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Replace it once with our heavy duty steel bellcrank and forget about it! Replaces Polaris part number 3234724.

Sportsman XP Heavy Duty Tie Rod and Ends
The stock Polaris tie rods are a known weak point and can easily bend or break if you clip a stump or rock out on the trail. Replace the whole assembly with this beefy upgrade kit. The tie rods are a much larger 16mm to take a ton of abuse. The stronger tie rod ends and castle nuts complete the package to both tighten and strengthen your steering. Includes both tie rods and all four tie rod ends. Replaces Polaris part number 7061175, 7061174, 1824007 and All Balls part number 52-1041.

We designed this kit to be an OEM look unlike the other crazy flames, skulls, etc wraps that are out there. This kit both updates the style and appearance of your machine at a fraction of the cost of OEM graphics.
Includes graphics for both the left and right sides of the machine as well as the handlebar pod. Comes with both 550 and 850 stickers so you can choose the ones to match your machine. Heavy gauge 10 mil vinyl is extremely durable for outdoor use and UV resistant as well. Color neutral black, white, and grey (with a touch of red) will look amazing on any color of machine. Sportsman XP Gearcase Triple Lip Oil Seal
Brand new replacement triple lip gearcase seal for many Polaris models. Replaces Polaris # 3234769. This seal is located around the secondary clutch output shaft. It will be directly behind the secondary clutch. Please check the Polaris parts diagram to make sure this is the correct seal you need. Fits the following Polaris ATVs models and more:

Sportsman XP Fuel Injector Pigtail Harness Repair Kit
If you are getting a fuel injector code, it could be the plug and wires. They can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with this easy to install replacement plug. Simply cut off the old plug and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the fuel injector and has 6″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your fuel injector looks the same before ordering. Fits the models listed below using the Bosch fuel injectors (Polaris Injector # 1203568):
