RZR 570 12 Volt Socket Plug
Replace a broken 12v plug-in or just add more! This replacement unit works great and fits in the exact same hole as the original. The only difference is the electrical tabs are slightly larger. Brand new heavy duty RZR 570 starter solenoid. Many times starter issues can be tracked back to a shot or sticky solenoid. The solenoid is relatively cheap and simple to replace. The stock RZR 900 voltage regulators are terrible. They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories. Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each. Includes butt connectors and zip ties. Fits all 6 pin ignition switches such as Polaris part number 4010390, 4011002, 4012165, 4012166. Fits the models listed below and more:
