Sportsman 34mm Carburetor Billet Side Cover with Gasket
Did you break the brittle plastic throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt this Billet side cover on in place of the broken factory throttle cover. This beautiful billet side cover is machined of 6061 billet aluminum, black anodized, then re-machined for a two tone effect. The center features our Quad Logic gear icon. This listing is for the cover and gasket only. Screws are NOT included. Fits all Polaris ATV and UTV that come factory with the Mikuni 34mm Carburetor. We tested this cover on both the OEM Mikuni carburetor as well as the aftermarket reproduction carburetors. Direct replacement for Polaris part number 3130511.

Trailblazer 250 Primary Clutch Rebuild Kit
This is a rebuild kit for the spider and sheave on many Polaris ATV primary clutches. Includes everything shown in the picture such as the pins, narrow style rollers, shims, buttons, clutch cover bushing and movable sheave bushing. What is NOT included is the spring, weights, and any other components not shown. Allows you to completely rebuild your worn out spider with a very cost effective kit. Quad Logic is now a Gates distributor for all your Polaris ATV and UTV belt needs! These belts are tried and true, torture tested for years. We trust them on all our machines and so should you. They are a much better value than the OEM Polaris belts but probably exceed the performance at the same time. This G-Series Workhorse belt is a perfect replacement and /or performance belt for your machine. The top cogs offer better cooling and the aramid cords make it extremely strong. Trailblazer Primary Clutch Puller
Brand new primary clutch puller for almost all 1985 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s using the P85 primary clutch. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 10.25″ overall length and 3/4″-16 threads. Be sure to use a dab of grease on the end of the puller and threads to properly pull the clutch. Same as Polaris part number 2870506.

Trailblazer Secondary Clutch Puller
The secondary clutch is supposed to slide right off the shaft. However, if neglected, the clutch will be rusted onto the shaft and you simply cannot get it off without this puller. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 5.5″ overall length. Same as Polaris part number 2870913.
