Ranger Throttle Position Sensor Pigtail Harness Kit
The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Mikuni TPS sensor and has 6″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPS sensor looks the same before ordering. Fits the models listed below using the Mikuni throttle position sensors (3140173 and 3131705):

Renegade Fuel Pressure Regulator
Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Can-Am? In many cases the fuel pressure regulator is the culprit. Can-Am will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 50-52 PSI. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings. Sold each. Fuel gauge quit working? This sending unit, located on the fuel pump assembly inside the tank, is probably the issue. Simply replace your bad sending unit with this new replacement unit by Quad Logic and you are back in business. The simple two wire connection is easy to swap with the included butt connectors. Includes a new metal float arm and float as well.

We now have this new 4 position keyswitch available! Most Polaris machines use the 3 position keyswitch so please be sure you need the 4 position unit. Four position switch has off, on, lights on, and spring return start. Your factory SIX pin connector snaps right into the back of the switch. Two keys included. Replacement for the Polaris 4012166.
