Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each. This special powder coat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Sportsman 570 Rear Bearing Carrier Bushing
We expertly machined these bearing carrier bushings to be a perfect fit. They are made of a heavy grade steel, machined inside and out, then zinc plated for corrosion resistance. These bushing look way better than the OEM ones, you can see the quality difference! The size is 1.20″ diameter, 1.90″ long and has a hole for the stock 7/16″ bolt. These are also made right here in the USA. These are located on either side of the rear bearing carrier where the lower a-arm attaches. There are two per side and four total on the machine. These are sold EACH so please order how ever many you need. This replaces Polaris part number 5631142 and 5632291.
