Sportsman 570 2″ Receiver Tow Hitch
This is a very heavy duty 2″ receiver style tow hitch for the Sportsman 570. The backbone is made of formed heavy gauge steel which is mated to a thick one-piece receiver tube. We then integrate tow hooks for added strength and a place to put your tow hooks when moving a trailer. Any standard 2″ automotive tow bar will fit into the hitch using the normal 5/8″ pin.
Installation is simple and we include the mounting hardware and instructions. Black powder coated finish will look great for years. These hitches are made here in the USA!! Please support local manufacturing. This hitch will fit all standard and Touring chassis Sportsman 570’s from 2014-22. Its possible it will fit the X2 but we nave not tried it yet so we cannot confirm. WILL NOT FIT TRAIL, PREMIUM, or UTILITY SPORTSMAN Models

Sportsman 570 Gear Selector Pig Tail Harness Kit
Does your Polaris have a bad gear selector sensor? Try replacing the end of your wiring harness with this Pigtail kit from Quad Logic. With the gear selector sensor in the back of the machine it makes it very easy for the harness ends to become corroded or the wiring to become loose from the rough trails. Save the cost of the expensive sensor and try the quick replacement end first. To ensure a fast easy installation Quad Logic includes new wiring butt connectors as well as zip ties. To install this Pigtail kit simply cut off the original and splice in the new end using our provided wiring connectors. This replacement end is a direct fit for Polaris gear selector sensor part number 7661999.

Sportsman 570 Rear Bearing Carrier Bushing
We expertly machined these bearing carrier bushings to be a perfect fit. They are made of a heavy grade steel, machined inside and out, then zinc plated for corrosion resistance. These bushing look way better than the OEM ones, you can see the quality difference! The size is 1.20″ diameter, 1.90″ long and has a hole for the stock 7/16″ bolt. These are also made right here in the USA. These are located on either side of the rear bearing carrier where the lower a-arm attaches. There are two per side and four total on the machine. These are sold EACH so please order how ever many you need. This replaces Polaris part number 5631142 and 5632291.
