Renegade 500 800 Heavy Duty Headlight Support Mount
Did you break the plastic headlight support on your Can-Am Renegade? Quad Logic has your fix! After having this problem on our machines we developed this heavy duty steel replacement. These brackets are laser cut from heavy gauge steel, welded and then powder coated for a life long durable finish. Simply bolt these brackets in place of the factory plastic mounts. To make installation even easier Quad Logic even includes all the necessary hardware! We specifically designed these brackets to fit Gen 1 Renegade 500 and 800 models. Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Can-Am? In many cases the fuel pressure regulator is the culprit. Can-Am will not sell you just the fuel pressure regulator, they make you buy the entire fuel pump assembly as a unit for a ridiculous amount of money. Don’t worry, we have your back. Installs in the stock location just like OEM unit and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 50-52 PSI. You will only receive the fuel pressure regulator with new o-rings. Sold each. Too often your machine with get ripped, torn, or faded graphics over the years that can reduce its appearance and value. We designed this kit to be an OEM look unlike the other crazy flames, skulls, etc wraps that are out there. This kit both updates the style and appearance of your machine at a fraction of the cost of OEM graphics. Includes graphics for both the left and right sides of the machine as well as the handlebar pod. Heavy gauge 10 mil vinyl is extremely durable for outdoor use and UV resistant as well. Color neutral black, white, and grey (with a touch of red) will look amazing on any color of machine. Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each. Includes butt connectors and zip ties. Fits all 6 pin ignition switches such as Polaris part number 4010390, 4011002, 4012165, 4012166. Fits the models listed below and more:
