Sportsman 34mm Carburetor Billet Side Cover with Gasket
Did you break the brittle plastic throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt this Billet side cover on in place of the broken factory throttle cover. This beautiful billet side cover is machined of 6061 billet aluminum, black anodized, then re-machined for a two tone effect. The center features our Quad Logic gear icon. This listing is for the cover and gasket only. Screws are NOT included. Fits all Polaris ATV and UTV that come factory with the Mikuni 34mm Carburetor. We tested this cover on both the OEM Mikuni carburetor as well as the aftermarket reproduction carburetors. Direct replacement for Polaris part number 3130511.

These pistons are top quality and include all the features of the more expensive pistons like teflon coated skirts, anodized domes, and machine finished heads. This kit includes a STANDARD 87.89 MM piston kit with rings, pin and circlip. The top end gasket kit includes head, base, side cover and exhaust gasket to rebuild the top end of your Polaris 400. The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. This special powdercoat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off. Includes Left floorboards. Get that sloppy a-arm nice and tight again with this simple rebuild kit. Includes a new pivot shaft, two bushings, two bolts and lock washers. The shaft is 5/8″ x 11-1/8″ long and is threaded on both ends.
