    Sportsman 570 Battery Relocate Kit

    The battery location on your Sportsman 450 and 570 from the factory is less than ideal for many reasons. Our engineers here at Quad Logic have experienced the same issues and created the perfect solution.

    Our battery relocate kit:

    • Is made from heavy-duty steel and mounts to the frame.
    • Moves battery off the skid plate and away from the rotating prop shaft to keep it out of harm’s way.
    • Provides easier access for charging or maintenance.
    • Utilizes a separate terminal block located at the front allowing easy use for electric accessories.
    • Incorporates your existing battery shroud, cover and strap to mount the battery.

    Hardware and mounting instructions are included. (NOTE: This kit does NOT include a new battery)

    Sportsman 570 Gear Selector Pig Tail Harness Kit

    Does your Polaris have a bad gear selector sensor? Try replacing the end of your wiring harness with this Pigtail kit from Quad Logic. With the gear selector sensor in the back of the machine it makes it very easy for the harness ends to become corroded or the wiring to become loose from the rough trails. Save the cost of the expensive sensor and try the quick replacement end first. To ensure a fast easy installation Quad Logic includes new wiring butt connectors as well as zip ties. To install this Pigtail kit simply cut off the original and splice in the new end using our provided wiring connectors. This replacement end is a direct fit for Polaris gear selector sensor part number 7661999.

    Sportsman 570 IMPROVED Mosfet Voltage Regulator

    The stock Sportsman 450/ 570 voltage regulators are terrible.  They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories.  Do not replace it with another OEM unit!  This new improved regulator uses Mosfet technology.  What does that mean?  It is different circuitry that allows it to run much cooler, has a cleaner regulated energy, extends battery life, and removes the stator load resulting in more power.  Best of all it will last MUCH longer..  Simply plug in and go, no modifications required.  Replaces Polaris part numbers: 4014029, 4015229, 4014543, 4014405, 4015231, 4015230, 2207958, and 4015214.  Fits the following models:
