Sportsman 450 570 STEEL Footwell Floorboards RIGHT SIDE
You’ve asked for them and now they are ready! Following our popular older Style sportsman steel footwells, these are the new Sportsman 450/570 footwells! The fit and finish is fantastic on these footwells, the lines match perfectly and they look like OEM equipment. These floorboards are manufactured from lasered sheet steel then formed to fit the contour of your fenders. We even put tabs on the backside to hold your plastic in place. We even kept the nice footpegs that run from side to side! Lastly they are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. This special powdercoat is VERY grippy, it feels like grip tape so your boots will not slide around in the floorboards. Plastic does not belong on an ATV! Fix yours for good with these new steel footwells. Fits similar to stock, you can re-use most the original hardware and we add some hardware to finish it off. Includes Right floorboards. Fits all 2014-19 standard chassis Sportsman 450 and 570 including EPS and SP models.
NOTE: Due to the excessive size/shape of these footwells it is possible they will get some small scratches or scuffs during shipping. We do package them very well but the shipping companies are rough with them. If you are looking for show quality, please do not order. Sportsman 570 Battery Relocate Kit W/ Upgraded Battery
The battery location on your Sportsman 450 and 570 from the factory is less than ideal for many reasons. Our engineers here at Quad Logic have experienced the same issues and created the perfect solution.
Our battery relocate kit:
- Is made from heavy-duty steel and mounts to the frame.
- Moves battery off the skid plate and away from the rotating prop shaft to keep it out of harm’s way.
- Provides easier access for charging or maintenance.
- Utilizes a separate terminal block located at the front allowing easy use for electric accessories.
- Incorporates your existing battery shroud, cover and strap to mount the battery.
Hardware and mounting instructions are included.
Kit fits all standard and touring chassis Sportsman 450 and 570’s from 2014-2020.*

Sportsman 500 Rear Rack
Replace your broken rear rack with our new replacement rack. This injection molded plastic rack will mount and look just as good as the OE, but with a much better price! Installs exactly the same as the stock rack. Mounting hardware NOT included but we do also sell the mounting pins in our store. You will also need to use your existing steel frame. This rack will replace Polaris number 2633208-070.

Sportsman 570 IMPROVED Mosfet Voltage Regulator
The stock Sportsman 450/ 570 voltage regulators are terrible. They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories. Do not replace it with another OEM unit! This new improved regulator uses Mosfet technology. What does that mean? It is different circuitry that allows it to run much cooler, has a cleaner regulated energy, extends battery life, and removes the stator load resulting in more power. Best of all it will last MUCH longer.. Simply plug in and go, no modifications required. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 4014029, 4015229, 4014543, 4014405, 4015231, 4015230, 2207958, and 4015214. Rebuild your top end with this complete kit. The kit is centered around a new Namura piston kit. These pistons are top quality and include all the features of the more expensive pistons like teflon coated skirts, anodized domes, and machine finished heads. This kit includes a STANDARD 87.89 MM piston kit with rings, pin and circlip. The top end gasket kit includes head, base, side cover and exhaust gasket to rebuild the top end of your Polaris 400. Even includes the valve seals! Don’t ever re-use old gaskets when rebuilding your engine! High quality non-asbestos materials are used in kit.
