Sportsman 500 STEEL Rear Rack
Replace that broken rear rack with these STEEL rear racks from Quad Logic. Forget about broken racks for good! These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. Our racks look like factory equipment but can actually handle heavy loads and cold temperatures without a problem.
These racks are finished in a beautiful black texture powdercoat for a long lasting finish. It is a very grippy finish that helps keep your gear from sliding around like on the factory racks. There are as many or more tie down points for straps as well. Installation in a snap and the mounting hardware is included.
Plastic does not belong on an ATV! The fit and finish are excellent, these look like they are factory equipment, the way your ATV should have been. These racks will NOT accept rack extensions or other accessories without modification. This is for the REAR only. Replaces Polaris part numbers 2670174, 2632837-070 and 2670174-070.

These steel racks have a tubular substructure with a sheet metal top layer to mimic the look of the factory racks. These racks look so good most people wont notice they are aftermarket. We kept the look and integrity of the machine while giving it a huge upgrade in strength. Those of you who load up your racks or ride their machine off road a lot know, the plastic racks do not hold up!

Trailblazer 2 stroke Flywheel
Complete new replacement flywheel for your Polaris 2 Stroke ATV. The stock flywheels are prone to failure, especially the magnets coming loose or breaking. Fix it for good with our aftermarket flywheel that is a big improvement over the stock unit. It starts with using a higher temp epoxy that eliminates magnet detachment. High strength steel capping prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator. Lastly, these stators are precision balanced to reduce vibration and add longevity to your engine. Installation is just like stock. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3084760, and 3084784.

Rebuild your top end with this complete kit. The kit is centered around a new Namura piston kit. These pistons are top quality and include all the features of the more expensive pistons like teflon coated skirts, anodized domes, and machine finished heads. This kit includes a STANDARD 87.89 MM piston kit with rings, pin and circlip. The top end gasket kit includes head, base, side cover and exhaust gasket to rebuild the top end of your Polaris 400. Even includes the valve seals! Don’t ever re-use old gaskets when rebuilding your engine! High quality non-asbestos materials are used in kit.
