Sportsman Tie Rod End To Spindle Washers (4 PACK)
Brand new washers for your Polaris Sportsman. These washers are specifically used on the outer tie rod ends of models Polaris Sportsman models. These yellow zinc washers are an exact replacement for Polaris Part number 7556099. 2 washers are used each side of machine, 1 on top of spindle and 1 on the bottom as shown in pictures above. these are sold as a 4 pack so you can replace both sides of the machine.

Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each. In response to the poor quality of the OEM hall effect speed sensor we have developed our own unit. We start with a machined aluminum housing, unlike the stock plastic housing which can easily break or crack, even if using the aluminum cap Polaris provided on later models. Our sensor also have larger diameter wires and a thicker housing to prevent wire breakage which is also common with the stock sensor. This hall effect sensor is manufactured right here in the USA with the best electrical components available. Trust this speed sensor to work perfectly and last for years in demanding conditions. Sportsman 700 Keihin Throttle Position Sensor Pigtail Harness
The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit for all Keihin throttle bodies.
This kit includes both the female sensor side plug AND the male wire harness side plug! Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Keihin TPS sensor and has 9″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPS sensor looks the same before ordering. Are you having trouble with the HOT light coming on? This sensor, mounted on the engine cylinder, controls the on/off operation of the hot light. If yours is damaged or bad this can cause false hot lights. If you cannot figure out why your hot light keeps coming on, replace this switch, it may be the problem. This switch is a heavy duty, Made in the USA replacement for the expensive stock switch. On/Off settings are exactly the same as stock.
