Trailblazer Secondary Clutch Puller
The secondary clutch is supposed to slide right off the shaft. However, if neglected, the clutch will be rusted onto the shaft and you simply cannot get it off without this puller. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 5.5″ overall length. Same as Polaris part number 2870913.

Brand new primary clutch puller for almost all 1985 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s using the P85 primary clutch. Hardened steel puller is plated for corrosion resistance. 10.25″ overall length and 3/4″-16 threads. Be sure to use a dab of grease on the end of the puller and threads to properly pull the clutch. Trailblazer Exhaust Gasket Donut Seal
This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. Exact replacement for your Polaris. Most Trailboss and Trailblazers use TWO gaskets total: one between the short head pipe and main pipe and another between the main pipe and the muffler. This top end rebuild kit includes a brand new STANDARD SIZE Namura piston with rings and piston pin. If your cylinder is in good condition and just needs a quick hone then this standard size piston should work for you. You will also receive a top end gasket kit to rebuild the top end of your Polaris 330 four stroke motor. Don’t ever re-use old gaskets when rebuilding your engine! High quality non-asbestos materials are used in kit. Namura pistons are direct OEM replacements with a few key advantages. First is the Teflon/Molybdenum coating on the skirts to increase heat transfer, reduce friction and reduces scuffing and seizures. Machined smooth heads and anodized domes increase durability and can even add horsepower and fuel economy. Lastly, the Hypereutectic casting process provides a higher silicon content for reduced expansion rates and additional wear resistance. Namura pistons are simply the best value on the market. It has a 4 way stretch pattern unlike most cheaper 2 way stretch materials. The benefit to the 4 way stretch is that it will be easier to install and be much less prone to wrinkles! You can stretch it any direction to staple it in place. Secondly, this is a low temp material. It will not crack or tear down to -20 degrees! The cheap materials just do not stand up to the cold.
