Ranger 570 Headlight Pigtail Harness
If you broke the taillight connector we can help. This direct replacement Ranger 570 Headlight Pigtail Harness will get your taillights working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the OEM taillight and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 7.5″ long. Sold Each.

RZR 570 12 Volt Socket Plug

Sportsman 570 Gear Selector Pig Tail Harness Kit
Does your Polaris have a bad gear selector sensor? Try replacing the end of your wiring harness with this Pigtail kit from Quad Logic. With the gear selector sensor in the back of the machine it makes it very easy for the harness ends to become corroded or the wiring to become loose from the rough trails. The stock Sportsman 450/ 570 voltage regulators are terrible. They are a known problem and can easily burn out from excess heat, especially when using high amperage accessories. Sportsman 570 LH Handlebar Controls Pigtail Harness
If the switches on your left handlebar cluster quit working or are erratic, check the terminals and plug. These are NOT waterproof and will get water in them and corrode the connection. Many times you can save it by replacing the harness! Fix it now with our own version of the super expensive Polaris harness repair kit.
This kit comes with the exact same automotive plug that Polaris uses, 6 colored wires with the terminals already installed, 6 butt connectors, zip ties, and wire loom. We even made the wires long enough so you can hide the connections inside the headlight pod! Each handlebar cluster uses TWO of these harnesses so be sure to order TWO if replacing both. This is the non grooved plug so it will fit in either the grooved or non-grooved position. Replaces Polaris part numbers 2877771, 2877772, and 2877773.
