Ranger Throttle Position Sensor Pigtail Harness Kit
The wire harness to the throttle position sensor is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878498 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the Mikuni TPS sensor and has 6″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your TPS sensor looks the same before ordering. Fits the models listed below using the Mikuni throttle position sensors (3140173 and 3131705):

Sportsman Ignition Keyswitch Repair Harness Pigtail
The connectors to the Polaris ATV ignition switches are prone to corroding and preventing the switch from working. Even the tab is brittle so they can easily break off and need to be replaced. Don’t buy the whole wire harness from Polaris!! We have this easy pigtail kit to splice in the new connector. This direct replacement plug fits a huge number of 2002 and newer Polaris ATV models and will get your ignition switch working again. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the ignition switch and has a nice wire sheathing protecting the wires going into the plug. The wires are 6″ long so it can be fixed inside the headlight pod. Sold Each. Includes butt connectors and zip ties. Fits all 6 pin ignition switches such as Polaris part number 4010390, 4011002, 4012165, 4012166. Fits the models listed below and more:
