Scrambler 500 Engine Coolant Hose
We have developed our own line of replacement radiator hoses for Polaris ATV’s! These fabric reinforced hoses are custom formed and automotive quality. These are an exact replacement to the expensive OEM hoses. If you have any bulges or soft spots in your hoses, replace them now before they split. This short hose runs from the water pump to the cylinder on the engine. Fits the 1997-10 Scrambler 500’s.

Sportsman 500 Radiator Fan Thermal Sensor Switch
Buy with confidence as this sensor plugs right in and has the exact same temp settings as stock. This sensor controls the fan operation so if your fan wont turn on or off, this could be the problem. Replaces Polaris part number 4010808. This unit is located on the radiator and controls the hot temp light and cooling fan operation. This is a TWO wire unit. Fit the following Polaris models:
