Sportsman 700 Exhaust Manifold to Pipe Gasket Donut Seal
This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. This gasket is located between the exhaust manifold and the header pipe on some Sportsman 700 and 800’s. It will NOT fit anywhere else on the exhaust system! Size is approximately 1.75″ ID by 2.35″ OD. Sold each. Replaces Polaris 3610119. Fits the following Sportsman models:

Kit includes the exhaust manifold gasket, both main pipe donut gaskets, muffler to muffler cylindrical gasket, and 5 new exhaust springs to keep everything tight. These gaskets and springs from Quad Logic are designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris parts. Replaces Polaris 5811511, 3610114, 5246375, 7041798 and 7041804.
This kit installs on the 2007-09 Sportsman 800 models with dual mufflers.
