FITS 1997-05 LIQUID COOLED MODELS (except 2000-05 Venture models). 1999-03 SRX & Viper come with front protectors. When studding, heat exchanger protectors are required to prevent costly damage to the exchanger as well as coolant loss. Designed for up to 1" tall studs. Can be installed easily in a matter of minutes. Sold per pair and come with instructions for easy installation.

Arctic Cat Front Tunnel Protector Ref: 550-020
This one piece front heat exchanger protector is recommended when studding Arctic Cat liquid cooled 1995-96 ZR, ZRT, EXT, Thundercat, Wildcat, Z440, Panther, Pantera and 1997 ETT models. This lightweight aluminum protector is installed by only removing the carbs and drilling a few holes for rivets - no need to remove the track or track drive shaft. Does not fit AWS V chassis.
