	Ultra Lites Ref: ULTRALITES Patented Ultra-Lites replace the backing plate and the nut on push-through studs. They are made of a self taping, space-age plastic which is very hard and very light. The weight savings can be as much as 4 to 6 pounds in the cases where 144 to 240 studs are installed. They weigh about 1/6 that of steel plates and nuts. Two sizes for 7mm and 5/16" studs.

Simmons Paddle Picks - REDUCED PRICE! Ref: PDS-6500 FOR PLASTIC CLEATS - 7MM DIAMETER. Designed to add carbide studs In place of mounting bolts for traction on ice and hard packed trails. Paddle pick is made to work with all current plastic cleat designs. Two flat support washers are used for supporting the stud and to shim the stud to the desired height. It is important to shim the stud slightly below the top of the plastic cleat. On hard surface and under torque the plastic cleat flexes to allow the stud to extend above the cleat for additionaly traction.
