TSS Clutch Tool - '04-09 Models Ref: 50051-09
Black Diamond's CLUTCH TOOL^TM is the only multi purpose tool engineered to work with the Deflection Adjuster and the Spring Tool (both are listed below). Use the CLUTCH TOOL with the Defection Adjuster and changing a belt becomes effortless. The Opposite end of the handle can serve as a wrench to rotate the aluminum Deflection adjuster to change belt deflection. Use the CLUTCH TOOL with the Spring Tool to easily calibrate the internal spring pressure.

Diamond Drive Retainer Nut Ref: DD-RETAINER
Manufactured to exact OEM specifications. Like the original nut, it is designed to be staked in the groove in the track shaft. This acts as a locking feature. Retainer nut removal damages the thread on the nut and needs to be replaced each time it is removed.

**NOTE: The retainer nut socket for the '04-06 models is no longer available. We recommend that you switch '04-06 models to the '07 & newer retainer nut #50045 and use socket #50046

Diamond Drive Retainer Nut Socket Ref: DD-SOCKET
A must for removing the Diamond Drive Brake Retainer Nut that holds on the brake disc and the track shaft in position. This forged steel socket works with a standard 1/2" drive.

**NOTE: #50022 consists of 1 #50046 socket and 1 #50045 nut to convert '04-06 models to '07 and newer parts. The original socket for '04-06 retainer nut is no longer available.

10.4" Conversion Kit^TM Ref: 104-CK
Black Diamond's 10.4" Conversion Kit^TM produces improved shifting characteristics and reduced belt slippage. The larger diameter produces a lower gear ratio at engagement giving the snowmobile a smoother take off. While at top end the larger diameter allows more contact surface with the belt. The increased contact area minimizes belt slippage allowing the clutch to run cooler. The 10.4" Conversion Kit^TM consists of factory balanced 10.4" sheaves. You utilize your existing cam, spring and rollers. A different drive belt will be necessary due to the larger diameter.

NOTE: 2006 Firecats, T660, ZR 900 and all 2007 & newer have a 10.4" driven clutch

NOTE: All (except M-Series) will also need a LH deflection adjustor - part #50035

Diamond Lite Drive Ref: DD-LITE
For 2007-10 M's and Crossifre
The Diamond Lite Drive system takes off 11 lbs ('07-08) and 5 lbs ('09) of unwanted weight. This system completely replaces your heavy stock reverse case and comes with new one piece light weight forged transfer and input gears. You get a case with an oil dipstick so you can check your oil level and condition. A v-cast process gives this case "billet like" strength. The Diamond Lite Drives have been tested up to 350 HP. There are no modifications to the chassis at all. It is a direct bolt in conversion. All Diamond Lite Drives are non reverse.

Improve performance by fine tuning the Diamond Drive with a choice of different gear ratios. Ranging from high 1.62 to los 2.76. High quality gears manufactured to exact OEM specification. Cut from billet material and heat treated for strength and durability.

Lower ratios are available with the Black Diamond 10.4" Clutch Conversion Kit. The 10.4 conversion kit starts in a lower gear and reduces belt slippage on the top end.
