 | Diamond Drive Retainer Nut(Reference #DD-RETAINER) Manufactured to exact OEM specifications. Like the original nut, it is designed to be staked in the groove in the track shaft. This acts as a locking feature. Retainer nut removal damages the thread on the nut and needs to be replaced each time it is removed.
**NOTE: The retainer nut socket for the '04-06 models is no longer available. We recommend that you switch '04-06 models to the '07 & newer retainer nut #50045 and use socket #50046

 | 10.4" Conversion KitTM(Reference #104-CK) Black Diamond's 10.4" Conversion KitTM produces improved shifting characteristics and reduced belt slippage. The larger diameter produces a lower gear ratio at engagement giving the snowmobile a smoother take off. While at top end the larger diameter allows more contact surface with the belt. The increased contact area minimizes belt slippage allowing the clutch to run cooler. The 10.4" Conversion KitTM consists of factory balanced 10.4" sheaves. You utilize your existing cam, spring and rollers. A different drive belt will be necessary due to the larger diameter.
NOTE: 2006 Firecats, T660, ZR 900 and all 2007 & newer have a 10.4" driven clutch

Diamond Lite Drive(Reference #DD-LITE) For 2007-10 M's and Crossifre
The Diamond Lite Drive system takes off 11 lbs ('07-08) and 5 lbs ('09) of unwanted weight. This system completely replaces your heavy stock reverse case and comes with new one piece light weight forged transfer and input gears. You get a case with an oil dipstick so you can check your oil level and condition. A v-cast process gives this case "billet like" strength. The Diamond Lite Drives have been tested up to 350 HP. There are no modifications to the chassis at all. It is a direct bolt in conversion. All Diamond Lite Drives are non reverse.
