 | Clutch Spring Glide Washer Kit(Reference #GW-KIT)
Drive clutch springs are in constant motion, being subjected to compression, rebound, end to end radial torquing, distortion and vibration. "Glide Washers" are custom made with a baked-on lubricity coating. By placing a washer on each end of the spring it can no longer bind on the spider or clutch cover. This frees up the spring to do its intended job. Each kit comes with 5 washers. Two have a lubricity and rust proof coating and three are zinc plated to prevent rust. Each washer increases clutch engagement speed approximately 40 to 50 rpm's which makes it a nice tuning tool.

Helex / Spring Shim - Team Driven(Reference #TEAM-SHIM)
The helix / spring shim will help maintain peak RPM when riding at extreme elevations or climbing in steep conditions. This shim spaces the hub of the clutch in 0.070" which raises the spring pre-load and rate by 8 to 10 pounds. It also shortens the length of the initial (steeper) angle on a compound helix (ie 58/38.46 with a shim would become a 58/38.40) This improves backshift characteristics at high elevations in very steep conditions. It is especially beneficial when using long, aggressive tracks.
